Elves BuilderCancellation and Refund Policy
The short version
- The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
- Paid plans are not on sale yet. This policy applies from the day they launch.
- You can cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
1. Cancelling a plan
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. To cancel, email support@elvesbuilder.com from the address you bought with, or use the cancel option in your billing account once it is available. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not delete your site’s connection, and your site returns to the free plan when the paid period ends.
There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
2. Refunds
- First payment: if Elves Builder is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Charged by mistake: if you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after a cancellation we had confirmed, we will refund the difference or the whole charge.
- Renewals and unused time: after the first 7 days we do not refund a period that has already started, but you keep access until it ends. If you forgot to cancel and email us within 2 days of a renewal, we will look at it kindly.
- Plan changes: if you move to a higher plan, we will credit the unused part of your current period toward the new one where our payment provider allows it.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email support@elvesbuilder.com with the email address you paid with and the date of the payment. We reply within a few business days and tell you whether the refund is approved.
4. How long a refund takes
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank account). Once we have issued the refund, it normally shows up within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We cannot speed up the bank’s part of the process.
5. Free plan
The free plan (50 new elements a month for each site) is free and is never charged. You can stop using it at any time by deleting the plugin. See our Privacy Policy for how to have your site’s record deleted.
