Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Elves Builder hosted relay service and the website at elvesbuilder.com (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by ElvesBuilder, the trading name of Abhinav Krishna, a sole proprietorship in Delhi, India (“we”, “us”); see Contact us for our details. By connecting a site to the Service or using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use it on behalf of a client or a company, you confirm that you are allowed to agree to these terms for them.

The Elves Builder plugin itself is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. These terms do not take away any rights the GPL gives you over the plugin’s code. They cover the hosted Service, which is not part of the plugin.

2. What the Service does

The Service connects your AI assistant to the Elementor editor on a WordPress site, so that the assistant can add, change and arrange page elements while you watch. It requires WordPress, Elementor and the Elves Builder plugin. Elves Builder is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WordPress, Elementor, Anthropic, Microsoft or Cursor.

3. Your site and your token

• Connect only sites that you own or are authorised to work on. The Service asks your site to prove it is yours when you connect.
• Your site token acts like a password for your site’s connection. Keep it private. You are responsible for activity that uses it. If you think it has leaked, reconnect the site in the plugin to replace it, or contact us.
• Do not try to use another site’s token, or to get around the checks that tie a token to its site.

4. Plans and limits

The free plan includes 50 new elements per month for each connected site, counted per calendar month (UTC). An element is counted when your assistant adds it or duplicates it, and a copy of a container counts every element inside the copy. The Service enforces this limit itself. Paid plans are planned but are not for sale yet, and nothing is charged today. Pro covers 1 site and one builder of your choice, Deluxe covers 7 sites and all supported builders, and Agency covers 25 sites with all builders and every new feature; extra sites can be added for an additional monthly charge. Elementor is the only builder supported today. Support for others, such as Divi, WPBakery, Bricks and Gutenberg, is planned and will be added to the plans as it launches. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel; see our Cancellation and Refund Policy. The planned launch prices on our pricing section are shown in US dollars, or in Indian rupees for visitors in India, and may change before launch. Before any paid plan is offered, we will publish its final price and what it includes, and you will not be charged without clearly agreeing to it. We may change the free plan’s limits in the future; we will give notice in the plugin or on this website.

5. Your AI assistant and your content

• You supply and pay for your own AI assistant. We are not responsible for it, for what its provider does with your data, or for what it decides to build.
• AI assistants make mistakes. Elves Builder is designed so that every step can be undone, nothing goes live until you publish, and publishing and site-wide style changes ask for your approval. You are still responsible for reviewing what is built before you publish it, and for the content on your sites.
• Your content stays yours. We do not claim any rights in it. It passes through the relay only so that your requests can be carried out, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Keep regular backups of your sites. Page-building tools can change a lot quickly.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

• break the law, or build content that is illegal or that infringes other people’s rights;
• attack, probe, overload or disrupt the Service or anyone else’s systems;
• get around plan limits, rate limits or access controls on the hosted Service, or resell, sublicense or white-label access to it without our written agreement;
• copy, reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, tool definitions, prompts or data of the hosted Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
• use the Service, or what it returns, to build, train or benchmark a product that competes with it;
• scrape or bulk-collect content from the Service or this website by automated means;
• share your site token with other people or sites;
• pretend to be someone else, or connect a site you are not authorised to work on.

You may modify the plugin as the GPL allows. The hosted Service is separate, and these rules apply to using it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the GPL gives you over the plugin’s code.

Our names and artwork

“Elves Builder”, “ElvesBuilder”, the elf cursor and our logo and artwork belong to us. The GPL licence for the plugin’s code does not give you the right to use them as the name or branding of another product. If you fork the plugin, use a different name and different artwork, and do not suggest that your version is made, endorsed or supported by us.

7. Availability and changes

Elves Builder is an early product. We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change it, add or remove features, or end it. If we plan to end it, we will try to give notice in the plugin or on this website first.

8. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, and that results will be accurate or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, business or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including changes made to your site by an AI assistant. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, to zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by deactivating and deleting the plugin. To also have your site’s record deleted from the relay, email us (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access to the Service for a site that breaks these terms, puts the Service or others at risk, or if we end the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, say so in the plugin’s changelog or on this website. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
